Apprenticeships are not just for young people. We believe that all age groups should benefit from being able to acquire new skills and qualifications. Taking an Apprenticeship based qualification is a great way to advance your career. We have helped hundreds of adults gain the skills and qualifications they need to progress and increase their value to their employer.
Apprenticeships provide standard measures for what you should know about, be able to do, how well, and in what contexts and conditions. Therefore Apprenticeship qualifications can help you to measure your performance and the contribution you make to achieving goals. Apprentices can be existing employees.
The standards for each Apprenticeship have been nationally developed and agreed by industry Sector Skills Councils such as the Institute of Customer Service, Council for Administration and Chartered Management Institute.
Providing you are willing to invest some time and effort in learning and developing new skills within your job role, the work-based learning route is a highly effective and straightforward learning method.
How It Works
Apprenticeship qualifications take at least 12 months to complete. After initial assessment and induction sessions, we visit you every month and you will also have access to our e-portfolio at all times. This system allows you to work at your convenience and upload work which can be assessed by us throughout the month between visits. You can clearly monitor your progress with your chosen qualification and we can help guide and motivate you through the process.

Funding and Eligibility
We can help with the full funding for all of the qualifications that we deliver to employees of any age, providing that they work at least 30 hours per week and have not already achieved a full Apprenticeship at level 3 or have a degree.
