We have talked to our learners who told us how their programmes helped them. Below are just a few of our learners’ comments:
The apprenticeship made me think of what I am able to achieve in the future. It allowed me to progress from an Apprentice to a Trainee Fee Earner. Now I am completing work to become an Assistant Fee Earner.
My Apprenticeship made me look at situations from all angles rather than just one. This has allowed me to work closely with my Senior to improve our work methods and systems.
Claire Wilkinson, my Learning Innovations Assessor, has been amazing throughout my 2 years with Learning Innovations. I felt comfortable to ask Claire any questions and she always comes back with helpful advice. It was a comfortable environment and I found the one to one training helpful.
I first started my apprenticeship with Learning Innovations in 2013, my assessor Louise was lovely, however she left after a year or so and I was given a new assessor, Ros who helped me out so much. Not only did she explain everything thoroughly, she observed how I learnt best and helped put things into practice.
Through the different stages of my courses, I can honestly say I found it so much easier with her help and support. She also helped me with personal issues and was... never judgemental. She helped with my CV and since my course ended, we have kept in touch. Recently landed myself a new job and I believe Ros has been a part of the reason why.
I was new to leadership and had had very little training. The apprenticeship has enabled me to be a better leader. It has made me review the style in which I work and made me understand that I have to take more of a back seat in the daily tasks.
My manager and department head were also participating in an apprenticeship which allowed us to understand and support each other. It has enabled me to see the bigger picture and understand my role more
The apprenticeship has helped me because it has given me skills I didn’t have before starting the course. Lynne my Learning Innovations Assessor was fantastic throughout the entire course and is a credit to your company.
The Apprenticeship has helped me take charge of my team members and has given me knowledge of how to be a good team leader. My skills and competence are a lot better than when I started the Apprenticeship
The Apprenticeship has helped my career aims as I now have a qualification in the industry I want to work in. I have gained a lot of knowledge about how businesses are run. Learning Innovations were very supportive
The Apprenticeship has meant that more opportunities are available to me. I have learned new skills especially in maths, English and ICT. Lynne from Learning Innovations was elemental in my progress
The apprenticeship has helped with my confidence and knowledge, it has given me a qualification that will improve my prospects. My Learning Innovations Assessor was very helpful throughout my Apprenticeship and always kept me in the loop on how my progress was going. I felt a lot more engaged with learning during the Apprenticeship than I did at school and feel I learned a lot more with it being one to one training and not in a group environment.
The Apprenticeship has helped me learn new things and has improved my maths and English. Hanna from Learning Innovations was brilliant, if ever I was stuck she would be there to help, she was always organised, she is just great! I wish this was how it was at school, I loved learning and really enjoyed my coursework.
The Apprenticeship has given me a better understanding of my role and further qualifications will be able to be added to my CV. The support from my Learning Innovations Assessor was amazing. I found the work around handling difficult customers most useful about the programme. My skills and competence are a lot better than when I started the Apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship has directed me down the path I now realise I want to take; it has helped my confidence, skills and knowledge. I would recommend the programme to others as you gain not just a qualification but you improve self-confidence, self-belief and knowledge. I received a lot of help and support from Ros, my Learning Innovations Assessor which helped my overall learning and skills set gained.
The Apprenticeship has given me more understanding and knowledge and has motivated me to meet deadlines and improve.
The Management Apprenticeship has given me the confidence I need to progress to the next stage and has improved my skills. The encouragement from my Learning Innovations Assessor helped me progress and I enjoyed learning new skills. The Apprenticeship helped me build my confidence and gain a qualification.
The Apprenticeship helped me to develop confidence to do my work and move on to bigger opportunities. It helped me communicate better which helps in my personal life as well. My Learning Innovations Assessor was very supportive and was always there when I needed her. I preferred it to school as I wasn’t sat in a classroom and I learned everyday skills I need in my role.
The Apprenticeship has helped me develop my management skills and given me confidence to want more from my career, it has also helped me manage my time in work and out. My Learning Innovations Assessor has helped me through it all and she has given me confidence in myself and my work. It helped me think about how I do things and what other ways I could implement things.
The Apprenticeship has helped me further my knowledge and skills, it has helped my English skills and also given me more confidence. I received a lot of support from my Learning Innovations Assessor as well as the people I work with. I enjoy learning at work as it is a lot more varied and productive.
Rita my Learning Innovations Assessor has been amazing through my Apprenticeship. The support and guidance she has given me throughout has been incredible. I struggled with my workload at the beginning of my NVQ but Rita gave me the confidence to carry on and supported me with my time and work management. Even though my other workload is to do with my job she assisted me with this throughout my NVQ. I cannot thank her enough for her support and guidance throughout the 2 years. When I was struggling with answering certain questions she simplified this for me in a very professional manner where I did not feel patronised, she made sure I learned from this. She is a credit to your company and I would like you to pass on my regards and thanks to her.
